Coronavirus: Support Helpline for Patients
Do you work with residents who need support because of Coronavirus? Refer them to the Coronavirus Support helpline
If you know people who need support because they’ve been affected by Coronavirus and/or lockdown, the Coronavirus Support helpline can signpost them to the services they need.
The helpline is staffed by expert advisors who talk to residents and understand their needs holistically, working with them to match them to relevant services in their community. The helpline can connect patients to services on a broad range of issues including:
- Accessing food
- Befriending services
- Debt and money advice
- Public health guidance relating to the pandemic
- Support with education, skills and job searching
If you know a person who could benefit from using this service, you can either:
- Provide the resident with the Helpline’s number: 020 8356 3111. The helpline operates 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Fill out this online form, on behalf of the person. One of our advisors will review the person’s information and arrange to call them back within 5 working days
