Hospital Appointments
If you have already been seen by a hospital specialist and are waiting for a follow-up appointment, please contact the hospital’s Bookings/Appointments Team directly if you have not received an appointment within the timeframe advised to you.
Alternatively, you can contact the secretaries of the relevant specialist team via the hospital switchboard, who can help with queries about your follow-up appointment.
Please note that as your GP surgery we are not usually able to arrange hospital follow-up appointments on your behalf.
