Hackney Urgent Healthcare Social Enterprise is being set up to enable Hackney GPs to take over the running of urgent and out of hours care for patients in Hackney. Local GPs are keen to take over responsibility themselves.

We know that our patients prefer seeing doctors they know and trust hence we want to work closely with you, the hospitals and emergency services to improve out of hours care. Anyone who lives in Hackney can become a member of the social enterprise for £1 by completing an application form.

Members will be invited to help us design and improve the service so that we can give the best possible 24/7 cover. You can get an application form from reception or by requesting one via our secure online form
