Ordering a repeat prescription
Repeat Prescriptions
If the doctor has agreed for you to have a repeat prescription, you may request repeat medication:
- In writing via reception
- Via the NHS App
Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your request.
Please book a medication review appointment when advised to do so.
This facility is only for items of repeat medication that have been agreed with your GP. We are unable to issue items not on repeat prescription via this facility.
Please Note: We DO NOT take orders for repeat prescriptions over the telephone
Repeat Contraceptive Pill
Completing this form in full should enable us to issue your pill repeat (maximum 12 months supply) without you having to make an appointment. If we have any questions then a doctor or nurse will call you within 48 hours to clarify things. It is vital that all questions are completed as accurately as possible.
You will be able to get your blood pressure and weight checked at your local pharmacy or at the surgery reception (between 10am to 5pm only). We cannot issue your pill without these measurements.
