These are available for those that are unwell and need immediate attention. This is not for repeat medications, medical certificates or reviews of long term conditions.

Emergency Problem / Duty Doctor

We reserve some appointments for those with an urgent problem who need to be seen on the same day.

If appropriate, you may be offered a telephone consultation with your usual doctor or a duty doctor.

Late for your appointment

If you arrive or believe you will be late for your appointment you will only be seen at the discretion of our clinical team, if you are later than ten minutes you will need to arrange another appointment.

Telephone Consultations

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse about results, an administrative matter or a clinical matter that does not need a face to face consultation, then you might be able to use a telephone consultation.

The doctors and nurses provide a telephone consultation service after morning surgery and before and after evening surgery.  Please ask reception to book a telephone consultation with your usual doctor or nurse.
